Minutes from February 10,2007

 President Bill brought the meeting to order

Micki presented the minutes from the previous meeting.  John brought up discussion on Singles coming in the door brought up from last meeting minutes. Bob moved to accept the minutes, Rhonda 2^nd motion passed.

 Jacci presented the Treasurer’s report. Jodi moved to accept the Treasurer’s report, Bob 2^nd, motion passed.

Committee discussion

Bill brought up discussion on Profit/Loss Statement concerning budget for dances and Campout Budget.

Bill brought up discussion on Website/Web Presentation. John stated he would need good addresses.

Bill brought up discussion on new membership outreach. Three free dance certificates were handed out to each board member for the recruitment of possible members.

John brought up discussion on posting unapproved minutes on "board member only" portion of Original Circles Website. Connie will email minutes to John as soon as possible to make them available. Once approved, minutes will be posted on general access portion of the website.

Darren brought up discussion on Orientation being moved up to 7:15 pm before dances due to interruptions by members and distractions once dance has started.

Bill & Jacci suggest having separate meeting to further discuss upcoming Campout.

Bill moved to adjourn, Rhonda 2^nd, motion passed.
