 President Bill calls meeting to order

Connie presents the minutes from the previous meeting.  John moves to accept minutes, Judy 2nds, motion passed.  Bill suggests grammar and spelling changes be made when published on website.

 Jacci presented the Treasurer’s report. John brings up budge for dance each month.  Now different from previous meetings: Food is $150.00, drinks are $75.00, decorations are $100.00 and prizes are $50.00. John moves to accept, Jeff 2nds, motion passed.

Committee discussion

Bill brought up Campout; spoke wiht Linda about removal of dumpsite at campsite.

Bill brought up the homework give at previous meeting for Campout. Shara suggested inexpensive lamps $100.00 for 15 lamps from Costco to light paths.  Tony brings up the shower trailer to be finished. Judy brings up signs and games from Dehon and Heather to get a free campout. Jacci questions the current dance floor. Bill and Larry will be working on improvements for the dance floor.

Tony brought up letter Chuck sent about 2003 rules for Campout. Tony will be discussing with Chuck.

Bill brought up Memorial weekend dance and suggests cancelling. Connie suggests that there is good communication to all club members of cancellation due to members traveling a long way to attend. Judy makes a motion to cancel dance, Jeff 2nds, motion passed.

Tony brought up board member registration. Jacci brought up registration prepayment of board member and suggests forwarding to next years campout. Tony states 73 couples are registered for Campout so far. Tony spoke with the guy about the cups and ordered 275 cups with logo and year date. Tony also spoke with Wayne about the food. Suggestions are Thursday to Saturday, breakfast and donuts in the morning. Friday night dinner will be club sponsored Christmas dinner. Saturday lunch - during games - cold cut sandwiches or hotdogs/hamburgers. Bill brought up blocking road on Thursday afternoon for limited access into campsites. Tony states there are no open sites and free campouts go to John/Jodi (showers), Jim/March and Dhon/Heather.

Tony states that Arcadia will be sending free weekend passes.

BJ Hasan states his intent to become a single male member.

Executive Session

BJ Hassan is approved as a full member.

John moves to adjourn, Rhonda 2nds. Motion passed.
