Circles Board Meeting on 5/09/2009
Meeting called to order

Minutes from April were
accepted
Jacci presented April
financial report.
The money has been
moved back from CD’s to other accounts. We made money on the first dance
in April, but lost money on the second dance.
The shot glasses for
campout were paid for this month. The motion was made by Bob to accept
the financial report Shannon seconded the motion and they were accepted.
Bob went to the
campground the last month and although it needs cleaned it looks really
good.
There will be a trailer
work party on the 16th of May, people will be asked to bring
as many of their own tools as possible. There will be an inventory done
this week on the supplies on hand and those that still need to be
purchased, then the purchases will be made. The club will provide pizza
for all those that come out to help with the work party.
The summer hours will
be starting the first dance in June they are as follows, dance is from
8:30-12:30 meetings will still be held at 6:00 pm and orientation will
be at 7:45.
Camp Out Report:
All board members need
to get their registration forms in. Also board needs to realize they are
not going to get premium spaces at camp, they are placed in where they
will fit.
Games are all set,
treasure hunt is set.
The shot glasses will
be in by the middle of May.
There will be Karaoke
before the dance on Saturday.
Drum painting is still
up in the air at this time.
With all the board
members and others that are coming up early we should have both shower
trailers up and running by Sunday.
New Business:
Bob motioned that we
do potlucks by board members till camp out. If it works we will continue
it after camp out if not we will revisit it. It was approved by all the
board.
It was brought up that
we need to change the web site to reflect the dances that we are not
here especially the July 25th dance so possible new people
realize that we are at Campout.
Michelle
motioned we adjourn, Candace seconded it. Meeting was adjourned.
